Rates
The standard rate is $50/hour (minimum 1/2 hour charge of $25).
Note that this is an overall rate, meaning that you can give us more than one job and they will all have a total collective rate of $50/hour meaning that if you give us three jobs and it only takes an hour total, it still only costs you $50!
We offer a discounted rate of $40/hour for any educator in Guilford County! This includes teachers, principals, other school officials, and college professors as well! Just show us a teacher's I.D. to get your discount!
Expected Rates
:Desktops:
*Consultation: < 1 hour
*Windows installation/reinstallation (includes windows update): 2-3 hours
*Windows Update: < 1 hour
*Hardware installation (includes configuration): 1-2 hours
*Software installation: <1-2 hours (depends on number of applications to be installed and the complexity of the software)
*Virus/Spyware/Adware removal: Varies by the complexity of the malware
*Hard drive cloning: > 2 hours
*Driver download and installation: <1 hour
*PC assembly (includes motherboard configuration): 4-8 hours
*Other (By customer request. We may not be able to give a time estimate if task is abstract)
:Notebooks:
*Consulation: < 1 hour
*Windows installation/reinstallation (includes windows update): 2 or more hours
*Windows Update: < 1 hour
*Hardware installation (includes configuration)(motherboards exempt): 1-2 hours
*Virus/Spyware/Adware removal: Varies by the condition of the computer
*Software installation: <1-2 hours (depends on number of applications to be installed and the complexity of the software)
*Driver download and installation: 1 hour
*Hard drive cloning: > 2 hours
